There are two places named Bispham in Lancashire:

  1. Bispham (Fylde) which was just north of Blackpool until it was absorbed into the town in 1918. It originated as an ancient parish with a township named Bispham with Norbreck, but was later made part of the ancient parish of Poulton le Fylde.
  2. Bispham (Chorley) which was in West Lancashire Rural District and since 1974 in the Borough of West Lancashire. The nearest town of any size is Chorley. This Bispham was in Croston ancient parish and in the sub-registration district of Lathom.

It is difficult to tell from the title of this source which Bispham it might be referring to, but the parish of Bispham (Fylde) is the older and larger of the two. The films need to be inspected individually.
