The Municipal Borough of St. Austell-with-Fowey was established in Cornwall, England in 1968 out of St. Austell Urban District and Fowey Urban District. It was abolished only six years later in 1974 when Cornwall was divided into larger districts or boroughs. The borough for this part of Cornwall was Restormel. Cornwall was made a unitary authority in 2009.
