Northampton St. Sepulchre or Northampton Holy Sepulchre is an ancient parish in Northampton, Northamptonshire. The parish is so-named to distinguish it from the two parishes of St. Sepulchre within London.

Parish records began in 1566; Bishops Transcripts are available from 1708. It acted as a civil parish from 1837 until 1909 when these duties were taken over by the County Borough of Northampton.

Christian denominations outside the Church of England identified within the parish include: Baptist, Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Roman Catholic, and Wesleyan Methodist.

Northampton St. Sepulchre or Northampton Holy Sepulchre is in the northern part of Northampton. It is bounded on the north by the parish of Kingsthorpe, on the east by Northampton St. Edmund, on the south by Northampton All Saints and Northampton St. Andrew, and on the west by Dallington.
