Hampole is a small village and civil parish in the Metropolitan Borough of Doncaster in South Yorkshire, England, located on the border with West Yorkshire. Before 1974 Hampole was in the West Riding of Yorkshire. The eastern boundary of the parish is marked by the Great North Road, and the parish lies in what was once the Barnsdale Forest. It had a population of 187 in 2001, increasing to 203 at the 2011 UK census.

Historically, Hampole was an extraparochial area in the wapentake of Strafforth and Tickhill with links to the ecclesiastical parish of Adwick le Street. From 1894 until 1974, Hampole was located in Doncaster Rural District. It is now part of Adwick le Street.

In addition to Hampole, the parish contains the hamlets of Skelbrooke and Hamphall Stubbs. Both were civil parishes from 1866 until 1938 and located in Hemsworth Rural District after 1894. When abolished the two small civil parishes were absorbed into Hampole.

Hampole lies about two miles northwest of the 20th century model village of Woodlands, from 1915 in located in Adwick le Street.
