Caston is a village and civil parish in Norfolk, England. It covers an area of 6.37 km2 (2.46 sq mi) and had a population of 459 in 174 households at the 2001 UK census, decreasing to a population of 443 also in 174 households at the 2011 UK census.
Caston is bounded by the parish of Carbrooke on the north, and then clockwise by Rockland St. Peter (later Rocklands), Stow Bedon, Thompson and Griston. For the purposes of local government, it falls within the District of Breckland.
