1920 Census of Port Ward (2), Bossier County, Lousiana: William B. WILBOURN, age 49, and his wife Lucy F., aage 34, lived with their sons Wilbrook, age 12 and James (Cay - or Pay), age 7. William B. stated he was a farmer on a general farm.

1930 Census of Benton Village, County of Bossier, Lousiana on 11 April 1930 William B WILBOURN, age 59 years old, born in Mississippi, states he was 34 years of age when married to Lucy, his wife, age 50. Lucy was born in Louisianna, as were her parents. She was 25 years of age when she married William B. William B. WILBOURN states he is in inspector in the levees industry. He also stated he owned his own home and it was valued at $2,500.00. They lived on Cleveland Street. Two sons lived with them in 1930, Wilbrook, age 24, born in Louisianna and single - he states he is an inspector with the highway; also J.C. WILBOURN, age 18, also born in Louisiana - he states he is a chain carver for the highway. He stated he had been in school in the last 12 months. None are veterans.
