James F. Moore, James Sullivan, William Agun and William Sullivan of Jefferson Co., give bond to Isaac Shelby, Governor of Kentucky. The conditions are that whereas by Act of Assembly and act to establish a town on the lands of James F. Moore in Jefferson Co., and another act to amend the act concerning the Town of Washington in Mason Co. and for other purposes, it is necessary that James F. Moore shall enter bond for the faithful payment of all sums which he may receive from the sales of lots in said Town. If Moore pay all sums which he receives from said sales, rents, profits and damages, then this obligation shall be void. July 8, 1795.
