Consideration: Fifty Dollars one hundred and six and a half acres of land it being half that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Montgomery County and the State of North Carolina and containing two hundred the thirteen acres and given to us by John Ussery our grandfather dec'd after the death of Mary Callihan our mother.
