  8. Mrs. J.P. Hyatt Passed away Tuesday Mrs. J.P. Hyatt, aged 81 passed into the great beyond Tuesday, May 5th at her home in Trade, after a short illiness. Last rites were conducted Thursday, May 7th at Livingston's Chapel, the Rev. G. W. Goodwin conducting the funeral services. The remains were laid to final rest in the Livingston's Chapel cemetery. Scheuing in charge. Mrs. Hyatt was born in Georgia 81 years ago and has lived in Trade in Cullman County for the past 43 years. She has been a member of the Missionary Baptist Church for the past 65 years. Surviving are her husband, J P Hyatt, who is 87 years old. Eleven children were born to her of which four were boys and four girls are still living. Her sons are Robert Hyatt of Trade, Oscar Hyatt of the Department of Education at Montgomery and Birmingham, J Scott Hyatt of Cullman and Ruben Hyatt of Hanceville. Her daughters are Mrs. G A Methvin of Leoma, Tennessee, Mrs. J T Boone of Sylacauga Ala, Mrs T P Culpepper of Cullman Rt 4, and Mrs. Dick Rushton of Luverne Ala. Also on brother James S Handley of Texas.
