The Will of Richard Coxen late of Waterside Twickenham in the County of Middlesex deceased who died 29 September 1869 at Waterside aforesaid was proved at the Principal Registry by the oath of Sarah Emma Cecilia Miller (Wife of George Waltho Miller) of Waterside aforesaid the Daughter the sole Executrix.
