    Rachel (2) (Scruggs), b. (--); d., it is said, on May 2, 1666, and certainly before November 9, 1670, when three of her children were baptized. She married, as his first wife, probably as early as 1647-8, and positively before June 1654, John(1) Raymond. Her name appeared on the records of the First Church of Salem in August, 1663.
