Quentin Neil Campbell, age 71, of Topeka passed away Tuesday July 12, 2011 at his home.
He was born Aug. 1, 1939 in Dover, KS, the son of Delta and Opal Campbell.
Neil Graduated from Dover High School in 1957. He was a journeyman Electrician for Local 226 IBEW for over 20 years.. He later worked in maintenance at Frito Lay, Stormont-Vail and Kansas Rehabilitation Hospital.
Neil married Marcia Keller. They had four children and were later divorced. In 1992 he married Phyllis Diane Diehl. She survives.
He is also survived by his children, Michelle, Benjamine, James and Del, and six grandchildren. Also surviving are his brother, Galen and three stepdaughters, Jacqueline, Sherry and Krisy.
His parents and brother Larry preceded him in death as well as 2 stepsons, Craig and Rusty Roosevelt. Mr. Campbell was cremated. There will be a Memorial service July 23rd at 5 p.m at 4951 S.W. Carlson Rd., Dover, KS.
