    5 Apr 1814: Memorial of Nathan Simonds of Woburn that "Prudence Reed late of Burlington in Said County widow is now deceased & has left estate to the amount of more than one hundred dollars & has left [nary?] a will[,] that there is need of an Administrator, that the Deceased hath left no Child living within the Commonwealth, that your memorialisllist is Son in law to the Deceased, & also a principal Creditor."
    5 Apr 1814: Bond of Nathan Simonds yeoman for "Administration of the Estate of Prudence Reed late of Burlington in Said County".

  3.   A Nathan Simonds, probably son of Josiah Simonds and Elizabeth Converse, m. 2 Jan 1763 Abigail Reed. Presumably, this Abigail Reed is Prudence's step-daughter, from Henry's first marriage? This is apparently Nathan's qualification for becoming the administrator of her estate, suggesting she had no children of her own by either marriage.
