    JOHNSTON, NINA of Saint Cloud, passed away Sunday, May 9, 2010, at her residence. Nina was born in Okeechobee, Florida on September 15, 1928, the daughter of Claude and Bernie Pearce. Nina was a homemaker and member of First United Methodist Church, Kissimmee where she was also active in the Emma Rogers Circle. Preceded in death by her husband, William "Bill" Johnston in 2001,
    Nina is survived by daughters, Julie Johnston of St. Cloud and Jodie Conover of St. Petersburg Beach; sons, Joe Johnston and Jeff Johnston of St. Cloud, FL; sister, Wanda McDaniel of Albuquerque, NM; seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at the graveside at Osceola Memory Gardens Cemetery, Christus Garden, 11 a.m., Wednesday, May 12, with Pastor Stephanie Wall Brown, officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to Hospice of the Comforter 480 W.
