    Mrs. Minnie Miller, 84, Silver Lake, died a few minutes after arrival at a Topeka hospital Tuesday.

    She was born on Jan. 20, 1883 near Keene and spent most of her life in the Keene and Dover communities. She had been in a nursing home at Silver Lake the past several years.

    She was a member of the Dover Federated Church. Dover Grange and Dover Rebekah Lodge.

    Minnie Mae Southwick married David Hale Miller on August 6, 1907 in Dover, Shawnee, KS.

    Survivors include two sons. Kenneth Miller, Salem Ore., and Rufus Miller, Route 7, a stepdaughter. Mrs. Jean Corkill, Route 7; a stepdaughter Mrs. Doris Brennan. Maple Hill; a brother Gene Southwick, Portland Ore.; three grandchildren and six great grandchildren.

    Services will be at 3 p.m. Friday at the Dover Federated Church. Burial will be in Dover Cemetery. Austin Federal Home at Eskridge is in charge of the arrangements.
