Melissa J. Seaman, wife of William Seaman, died Saturday at her home in Jackson street following a stroke of apoplexy. She was 65 years old and had been a resident of Hempstead for more than forty years. Mrs. Seaman had been married three times . Her first husband was the late Edward Cooper and the second Richard Hingle. Funeral service was conducted from her late home on Tuesday afternoon by the Rev. E. Munro Dill, acting pastor of the Presbyterian Church. Interment was in Green field Cemetery.
