    "Matthias1 Treat, born in England, died at Wethersfield, Conn., 8 July 1662. … The exact relationship of Matthias to Mr. Richard Treat is not known, but Winthrop in 1657 noted in his Medical Journal, Elizabeth Treat, 1½ years, daughter of Mathias Treat alias Trott—a Kinsman of Mr. Trott."
