From The Gaylord Herald Times Sept, 4, 2002 Mathew Harlukowciz He loved to hunt, to fish and to tell tall tales.

Mr. Harlukowicz is survived by his wife, Marion; two daughters, Margaret Anslow of San Fransico, Calif. and Mary Brautigan of Arizona; one son,Jerome P. of Texas; two grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; two sisters, Virginia Adams of Michigan and Lena Smith of Gaylord; and several nieces and nephews, including Michael (Connie) Zaborowski of Gaylord.

Funeral services were held Tuesday, Sept. 3 at 10 a.m. from St. Mary Cathedral, the Rev. John McCracken officiating. Visitation was Tuesday at the church beginning at 9:30 a.m. Burial will be at Fort Custer National Cemetery in Augusta, Mich.

Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Michigan, through the funeral home.
