Will

I Mary Elmer of the town of Oneonta in the County of Otsego and State of New York being of sound mind and memory do make and publish this to be my last Will and Testament in manner following to wit:

First. I direct the payment of all my [?] debts and also the payment of my funeral expenses suitable to my condition in life.

Second. To my niece Mrs. [?] Knapp of [?] Delaware County, N.Y. I give one feather bed also ten dollars in money.

Third. To my brother Peter G. Swart I give and bequeath the interest of one hundred dollars annually during his life provided he shall retain his natural faculties, if he losses his faculties there upon the happening of such an event the said interest to cease.

Fourth. To my brother Adam Swart. I give and devise the sum of [three?] dollars a year during his life the same to be expended for necessaries not provided him at his house.

Fifth. To my brother Jacob Swart of the State of Pennsylvania. I give all my household furniture of which I shall die possessed. Thus I give and bequeath the interest and income during his life of all the [?] and [?] of the personal property of which I shall die seized (not [?] disposal of) and at his death such personal property to go his children equally share and share alike.

Lastly. I hereby nominate and appoint Andrew G. Shaw of the town of Oneonta aforesaid to be the Executor of this my last Will and Testament and to carry out the conditions of this Will.
