  3.   The death record of Mary (Minot) Wiswall indicates she just had her 89th birthday, suggesting her birth was late 1705. There are two Mary Minot whose births are recorded in the published records of DorchesterS1:

[p. 50] Mary the Daughter of John Minott and Sarah his wife was Borne the 28 of December 1705.
[p. 53] Mary the Daughter of John Minot and Mary his wife was Borne the (9) of march 1708.

The commentary included in the death record is in excellent agreement with the first of these records. However, it seems generally accepted that Oliver married the Mary of the second record. The Dorchester records have no other mention of a John and Sarah Minot, while most Minot Genealogies (Source:Minot, Joseph Grafton. Genealogical Record of the Minot Family in America and England, p. 18; Source:NEHGR, p. 1:175, "The Minot Family" by Lemuel Shattuck; others) show that a John Minot who m. Mary Baker, had a first daughter named Mary, b. 1705, d. young, and then had a second daughter Mary b. 1708, m. Oliver Wiswell. Without the Mary b. 1705, John and Mary Minot would have no children from 1702 until 1708, an unusually large gap between children. One would have to check the original records to see if the first record really says Sarah, or if this is a transcription error, but obviously these sources think it meant John and Mary.
