"Samuel³ Clark (Samuel,² George¹), … married Mary Andrew, baptized Jan. 24, 1696/7 [1st Ch. Milford], died May 8, 1780 [Marshall List, Milford], daughter of Rev. Samuel and Abigail (Treat) Andrew. Rev. Samuel Andrew in his will dated June 21, 1736, mentions his daughter Mary, wife of Samuel Clark [N. H. P. 6:238]. … The will of Mary Clark of Milford, dated Apr. 15, 1778, proved May 19, 1785, refers to her 'old age' and mentions 'my two daughters viz Mary Camp the Widow of Samuel Camp dec'd & Jane Smith the wife of Ebenezer Smith'; 'the children of my dec'd daughter Abigail Beard'; and nominates 'my trusty friend & son Ebenezer Smith' sole executor."
