Bio: From Find a Grave contributor KDB:
Julia was the daughter of Edward E. Barney and Louise (or Helen) J. Perrine Barney. Edward worked for the Barney Smith railroad car company established by his father, Eliam Barney, and inherited and accumulated wealth. Edward used some of his fortune to purchase Jamestown Island in Virginia, a part of which he later gave to the United States National Park Service. Julia married and later divorced Jay Pollock McCoy, who spent much of his life in China. A newspaper article states that they had twin children. Julia is buried here in the Perrine family plot of her mother's family, apparently in an unmarked grave.
