Will of John Roe

Roe, John - Queen Anne's Co.,17th June, 1737; 15th Aug., 1737.
To wife Martha, use of dwelling plantation, pt. of “Downe's Forest,” during widowhood; shd. she marry to repair to plan. on other side of branch and to possess same during life; at her decease to son Thomas during life; at his decease to grandson John and hrs.; and personalty.
To son Thomas and Dinah, his wife, plantation where they now dwell during their lives; at their decease to granddau. Elizabeth and hrs., dau. of son Thomas.
To grandson John, son of Thomas, and hrs., 70 A. “Roe's Addition,” adj. to afsd. tracts and 60 A. of “Downe's Forest” at age of 21 yrs.
To son Edward and Sarah his wife, “Tully's Addition” during their lives; after their decease to their son Joseph and hrs.
