"John (Eggleden), d. y. Joseph Middlebrook, Sr., [formerly his guardian] conveyed 12 June 1679 to Daniel Silliman, Adm'r of Est. of John Egleton, Jr., for use of the legatees the sons of Peaceable Sillevant the natural mother of the dec'd."

"Eggleton, John, late of _____ inventory taken by Mihill Try and John Wheeler, and filed Oct. 20, 1659, and estate ordered distributed to his widow Abigail Eggleton, and one child John, born Sept. 4, 1657, and Nathaniel Sely appointed his overseer, and in 1661, he was transferred from the care of the said Nathaniel Sely to the care of Joseph Middlebrook and Daniel Silliman, pages 55 and 66. (Probably the widow is now the wife of Daniel Silliman)."

Naming the widow as "Abigail" is likely a mistranscription.
