"John Bunce died prior to Apr. 5, 1743, £or at that time the court records show 'appointment of Guardianship for Isaac age 16, Jared age 11, Abigail age 10 and Lucretia age 13 yrs. the Court appointed their mother Abigail Bunce as their Guardian".'
This burial is not documented in the Hale Collection. There appears to be no evidence of the actual place of burial. The date of birth is taken from the Bunce Genealogy, but no source for that date is apparent. The basis seen for the assigned date of death is also not apparent.
