    ORANGE, Jennie, age 83 of Route 1 Lynden, passed away at her home, Monday, August 8, (1949). Mrs. Orange had been a resident of the Lynden district for the past 44 years. Surviving relatives include three daughters, Mrs. Theo De Hoogh, of Sheldon, Iowa; Mrs. Bert Verberg, of Inwood, Iowa, and Mrs. Stephen Van Lohuizen, of Lynden, Route 1; one son, John A., of Lynden, Route 1; two brothers, Albert and Gerrit Kok, both of Lynden. Two sisters, Mrs. T. DeValois, of Lynden, and Mrs. John Bloemendaal, of Orange City, Iowa. Fifteen grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted Friday, August 12, at 2 p. m. (S. T.) in the First Christian Reformed Church in Lynden with the Rev. J. C. Verbrugge officiating. Interment in Monumenta Cemetery under the direction of the Gillies Funeral Home in Lynden.
