- As the Nantucket birth record shows, William C. Folger identified the wife of Henry Tracy as the daughter of Lemual and Abial. His notes adorn the marriage record in Nantucket as well, and are the only obvious evidence it is this Hephzibah who married Henry Tracy. The birth date is one year off. The death record of the wife of Henry Tracy in 1872 identifies her parents as Samuel and Abigail of Hyannis. This ends up being ambiguous. Is it a different person having coincidentally similar vitals, or is the same person having records that are slightly inconsistent? Source:Smith, Leonard H. Cape Cod Library of Local History and Genealogy, "The Baker Family of Yarmouth", and Source:Randall, Eunice Kelley Gidley. David O'Killia the Immigrant of Old Yarmouth, Massachusetts with His Descendants and Allied Families, 1652-1962, both show nothing after the 1786 birth, ie., no marriage or any further information for Hephzibah. However, Hephzibah's brother Abner Baker named a daughter Hepsibeth Tracy Baker, b. 1829 per Yarmouth VRs, which suggests the Folger conclusion is probably valid.
