    George Winfrey Keltner, 73, of Columbia, Ky. died on Sunday, Sept. 8, 2002, at Westlake Regional Hospital in Columbia. He was the son of the late Raymond and Virginia Skaggs Keltner of Adair County, Ky., and was a member of Milltown United Methodist Church. Keltner worked as milk route operator for 44 years before retiring. Survivors include his wife, Iva Joyce Montgomery Keltner of Columbia; one brother, Bobby Keltner; one sister-in-law, Lou Keltner; one nephew and his wife, Greg and Annette Keltner of Glensfork; one niece and her husband, Sandra and Ronnie Brock of Columbia; one great niece, Laramie Keltner; and one great nephew, Jared Brock. Funeral was at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 10 at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home in Columbia with burial in Milltown Church Cemetery. The Rev. John Blakey officiated. Expressions of sympathy should take the form of a donation to Milltown United Methodist Church and can be left at the funeral home. Pallbearers were James "Sony" Baker, Glenn Breeding, Jimmie Downey, Bernard Janes, Bobby Dale Sneed and Tommy Vanarsdale.
