"A special thank you to my cousin and friend Enid Foster, who died in November 2005 at the great age of 95. Enid was the family historian long before I picked up my pen and began the search for more information about our roots. Her knowledge, enthusiasm and correspondence with our older New Zealand cousins and overseas cousins kept alive some of her Humphrey, Delves and Cleaver links."
