From The Delphos Courant (Delphos OH) 12 Jun 1956 - Death Claims Mrs. Ellen Feaster, Area Resident - Funeral to be Held Wednesday Afternoon - Burial to be in Ridge Cemetery - Mrs. Ellen Feaster, 92, passed away at her home Monday following an illness of 18 months. She had been seriously ill for the past six weeks. She was born 14 Nov 1863 in Cardington, OH, the daughter of John and Louisa Gattschall. On 4 Jul 1883, she was married to William Newton Feaster, who passed away 19 Jul 1929. Mrs. Feaster is survived by one son, Walter Feaster, Elida; three daughters, Mrs. Forest Tabler, Middle Point; Mrs. Lee Rice, Ft. Jennings, and Mrs. Clarence Mox, Delphos. One son preceded her in death. Also surviving, 16 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild; a brother, John Gattschall, Cardington, OH, and a sister Mrs. Rebecca Horn, Marion, OH. Funeral services at the Harter and Son Memorial Chapel, Wednesday, with burial in Ridge Cemetery.
