On the 3rd day of August A.D. 1835
personally appeared the within named Person:Elizabeth Hoffman(21) Elizabeth Upperman,
who being duly,
sworn doth before and say, that she believed ,that the within mentioned Person:Adam Upperman (1)
died without a Will , and that she will well and truly administer all and every the Personal Estate of the
said deceased and pay his debts as far as his Personal Estate will extend:,br/> that she will exhibit a true, full and perfect inventory of the Personal Estate of the said
Deceased, in one month, and render a true account of his Administration into the Register's Office,
in one year, or when she shall be thereunto lawfully required:And also, that she is the widow of said
and that the whole of the Goods, Chattels, Rights and Credits he died possessed of, do not in value
exceed the sum of two hundred dollars to the best of her knowledge and belief, and that she will
diligently and faithfully regard and well and truly comply with the provisions of the Act relating to
Collateral Inheritance.
