    9 Mar 1905 - Penniless and forgotten at eighty years of age, Virginia Henry Beasley, the only surviving grandchild of the great Patrick Henry, is a charity inmate of the Old Ladies Home in Ithaca, NY. Her father was Nathaniel W. Henry, a son of the great Virginian, who had six children of which Virginia was the youngest. She has been in the home for the past ten years.
