Obituary taken from the Bryan Times, June 1, 1988, p. 3 DOROTHA S. CREEK Alvordton -- Services for Dorotha S. Creek, 81, will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at the Hollingshead Funeral Home in West Unity. The Rev. Burley Clay will officiate, and burial will be in Floral Grove Cemetery, West Unity.

  Mrs. Creek died Tuesday, May 31, 1988, at Evergreen Manor North Nursing Home in Alvordton, where she had been a patient since 1978.
  Born March 28, 1907, in Waldron, Mich., she was the daughter of Mary Margaret (Wilson) and Marion Smith.
  She had been a resident of the Alvordton area for most of her lifetime.
  Surviving are three sons, LaVerne of West Unity, Elmer of Marathon, Fla., and Norman of Fayette; 14 grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren.
  Preceding her in death were her husband, Andrew; a son, Duane; two brothers, Walter and William Smith; a sister, Flossie Smith, a half sister, Ethel Hutchinson; and a grandson, Thomas.
  Friends may call at the funeral home after 2 p.m. Wednesday.
