    David Hale Miller, 70, who lived his entire life on his personal farm, 3 1/2 miles southwest of Dover, died Saturday morning at his home, following several months' illness. He was born on the farm December 5, 1871. A member of the Dover Grange, he was always interested in the civic affairs of the community.

    First wife: Minnie W Sage married David Hale Miller on February 11, 1895. Divorced about 1905

    Second wife: Minnie Mae Southwick married David Hale Miller on August 6, 1907

    They were both married in Dover, Shawnee, KS

    Survivors are his widow, Mrs. Minnie Miller, of the home; two daughters, Mrs. Howard Brennan of Maple Hill, and Miss Jean Miller, of the home; two sons Kenneth W. Miller, Albany Calif., and Rufus H. Miller, Wichita; one brother, O. L. Miller, Toledo, O., and three grandchildren.
