  7. ... Violet was visiting with her grandfather, Charles Adams on the day of the census. Although only 9 years old, she may have been helping take care of him, as Charles would die later that year.

    There is also another "grandchild" apparently living with Charles - 11 year old Caroline Edward. As of now I don't know who this child is. (Oct 2011)
