Mrs. August Hamant of North Charles street, yesterday, received news of the sudden death of her sister, Mrs. Max Fischer of Santa Rosa, California.
Mrs. Fischer was born and raised in Belleville, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Bressler.
She left here with her husband for California 33 years ago.
She is survived by five daughters and a son in California, one brother, Bernard Bressler, also in California, and one sister, Mrs. Aug. Hamant of here.
