(Medical):Mary died suddenly of a heart attack at age 49 after suffering from dropsy (Edema) for many years, which resulted in a bad heart. She became ill at about age forty with what gradually turned into dropsy. She was never down sick, but it was hard for her to be on her feet for long, and she had domestic help a few summers. She was up and around the last day, and the next morning, the family heard her speak and then found her dead at 9 o'clock of a heart attack. Her 4-year old daughter found her dead. This was on 22 Nov 1904, and she was buried on Thanksgiving Day, 24 Nov 1904.
