    Funeral services for Mrs. Anna Margaret Severance, who had been confined to her bed for the past 11 months, were held Friday, Nov. 19, at 2 p.m. from the Phelps funeral home and at 2:30 p.m. from the Milton Seventh Day Baptist church with burial in Milton Lawns Memorial Park cemetery, Janesville.
    The Rev. Elmo Fitz Randolph officiated.
    Mrs. Anna Osborn Severance, 71, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Stanley Fox, Milton, at 10:40 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 17, after an illness of 2 1/2 years.
    Anna Osborn, the daughter of Irving and Augusta Osborn, was born Jan. 29, 1877, in Dodge Center, Minn., and married Burton T. Severance Feb. 12, 1896. Her husband passed away July 5, 1946.
    She was a member of the Milton Seventh Day Baptist church, the Women's Christian Temperance Union, and the King's Daughters.
    Two daughters and a son, died in infancy, and one son, died at the age of 11 in 1921. She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Lorna Howe and Mrs. Belva Fox, both of Milton; four sons, Lyal, Janesville, Howard, Elkhorn, Irving and Graydon, both of Milton; 12 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; a sister, Mrs. Ella Parker, Siren, Wis., and two brothers, George Osborn, Dodge Center, Minn., and Josh Osborn, Van Nuys, Calif.
