"John Adam Heb (Heb was later changed to Hebb at the time of the land grant.) was born in Germany in 1739 and died in Hebbs Mills (now Hebbville) in 1803 and is buried in "Cove Marsh Cemebery" two miles south of Bridgewater. He married at 20 years of age to Anna Maria Schultz, who died in 1811."
