Den eersten December negentienhonderd en veertien, verschenen voor mij, Ambtenaar van den Burgerlijken Stand der gemeente Ferwerderadeel, Hendrik Seegers, oud negenendertig jaren, van beroep arbeider, wonende te Ferwerd, en Pieter Seegers, oud negenenzestig jaren, van beroep arbeider, wonende te Ferwerd, die aangifte deden, dat den negenentwintigsten November dezes jaars, des namiddags te een uur, is overleden te Ferwerd Gerrit Zwart oud vierenzestig jaren, van beroep arbeider, geboren te Ferwerd, wonende te Ferwerd, gehuwd met Dirkje de Vries, zoon van wijlen de echtelieden Sijtse Piebes Zwart en Fetje Gerrits van der Meulen.

Hiervan heb ik deze akte opgemaakt en na voorlezing met de aangevers geteekend.

1st December 1914, appeared before me, Official of the Burgerlijken Stand of gemeente Ferwerderadeel, Hendrik Seegers, 39 years old, laborer, living in Ferwerd, and Pieter Seegers, 69 years old, laborer, living in Ferwerd, who gave notice that 29th November of this year, 1 p.m., is deceased in Ferwerd, Gerrit Zwart, 64 years old, laborer, born in Ferwerd, living in Ferwerd, married to Dirkje de Vries, son of the late spouses Sijtse Piebes Zwart en Fetje Gerrits van der Meulen.

Of this I have drawn up this certificate, and after having read it the declarants signed.
