Photo was taken at Ruby Reynolds Jones' house. Photo is stamped January 31, 1999. Other photos indicate that the family gathered to celebrate Ruby Reynolds Jones' birthday and probably other family members with close birthdays (Paul Ashton, Jan 18; Gail Reynolds, Dec 3). This was probably after Ruby had received the terminal diagnosis of stomach cancer and decided not to seek treatment. Photo includes sisters, Violet Ashton (left) and Ruby Jones (right) who were also neighbors, and their sister-in-law, Betty Kramer Reynolds, wife of Gail.
