- Den eersten december negentienhonderd en zeventien is door mij, ambtenaar van den burgerlijken stand der gemeente Ferwerderadeel, ingeschreven het navolgende uittreksel. Uit het register van overlijdensakten is uitgetrokken, dat op den negentienden november des namiddags te half acht uren des jaars negentienhonderd zeventien overleden is te Dennenoord, gemeente Zuidlaren, Rensche Belgraver, oud 37 jaar, zonder beroep, geboren en wonende te Ferwerderadeel, dochter van Willem Belgraver, hoofdonderwijzer, en Pietje Lacrooij, zonder beroep, beiden wonende te Ferwerderadeel. Voor gelijkgeluidend uittreksel afgegeven op ongezegeld papier, krachtens art. 32, sub 6 der Zegelwet 1917 en ter voldoening aan art. 50 van het Burgerlijk Wetboek. Zuidlaren, den 21 november 1917.
