Smith, Mrs. Christian - Rebecca Firestone was born in Lancaster Co., Pa, on 22 Aug. 1796; died 28 Nov. 1890 at the home of her daughter-in-law, Mrs. John Smith. She moved with her parents to Fairfield Co., Ohio; married Christian Smith on 15 Nov. 1815. He died on 27 June 1874. They had 5 daughters and 3 sons. Five children are living. The funeral service was conducted by Rev. F.M. Watkins in the Blaine Church. The text used was from Rev. 14:13.
