Den zeventienden September negentienhonderd en vijftien, verschenen voor mij, Ambtenaar van den Burgerlijken Stand der gemeente Ferwerderadeel, Hendrik Seegers, oud veertig jaren, van beroep arbeider, wonende te Ferwerd, en Pieter Seegers, oud zeventig jaren, van beroep arbeider, wonende te Ferwerd, die aangifte deden, dat den zestienden September dezes jaars, des voor middags te drie uur, is overleden te Ferwerd. Dirkje de Vries, oud vier en zestig jaren, van beroep zonder, geboren te Hallum, wonende te Ferwerd, weduwe van Gerrit Swart, dochter van wijlen de echtelieden Johannes Jaspers de Vries en Wijtske Sijes Wiersma. Hiervan heb ik deze akte opgemaakt, en na voorlezing met de aangevers geteekend.

No. 101. 17th September 1915, appeared before me, Official of the Burgerlijken Stand of gemeente Ferwerderadeel, Hendrik Seegers, 40 years old, laborer, living in Ferwerd, and Pieter Seegers, 70 years old, laborer, living in Ferwerd, who gave notice that 16th September of this year, 3 p.m., is deceased in Ferwerd.

Dirkje de Vries, 64 years old, without occupation, born in Hallum, living in Ferwerd, widow of Gerrit Swart, daughter of the late spouses Johannes Jaspers de Vries en Wijtske Sijes Wiersma.

Of this I have drawn up this certificate, and after having read it the declarants signed.
