From left to right: Calvin Atherton, my Grandmother's second husband, Estelle East, my mother (Dodd), Nancy Louise East my Mother's mother Mrs Calvin Atherton, Jeffie Lou East (Dodd), That is I, and Irene Edith East(Dodd) my sister(picture): In Ladonia, Texas, where Irene and I went to school and our mother did sewing for the public to support us. Our father, John Dodd, was a minister, but a violent person, and my mother left him and returned to her parent's home before I was born. Irene and I both graduated from Ladonia High School, Ladonia, Texas, near Dallas. I married James Irl Harvey in Ladonia, Texas and Irene married A. L. Clinkinbeard (who was minister of the First Christian Church there) after we had moved to Paris, Texas. To them was born a girl, Carolyn. Nancy married Calvin some time after Thomas Jefferson East (also a winner) died in 1896, the year of Jeffie's birth. 01/01/1904
