I am puzzled about this map. As far as I can determine, there is no 400 Acre tract for a James Bell in the Beverly Patent.

On the section of Hildebrand's Map of Beverly Patent, someone is showing a 400 acre section with the name James Bell on it. On my copy of the same map (from 1977), I show a James Callison, 230 or 250 acres.
