Andrew Hunter, b 1745 likely Edgemont, Chester PA, d. 1821 Middletown, Bucks PA m. 1771 1st Elizabeth Longhore in Bucks Co PA). They married on April 23, 1771, in Dutch Reformed Church of N. and Southhampton, Churchville, Bucks Co, PA, per records of "Dutch Reformed Church of N. and Southhampton, 1738-1804". In 1779 Andrew was living, per a census, in Wrightstown, Bucks, PA (which was called Logtown in 1716, then Penns Park, Wright's Town, and finally in 1800 Pennsville). Wrightstown (which included also Rushland, Wycombe, and Pinesville) was 3 miles SW of Upper Makefield, appx 7 mile N of Churchville, appx 3 miles NW of Newtown, appx 8 miles NW of Langhorne/Middletown.

In s Bucks Co PA will (indenture)for the 'estate of Andrew Hunter', dtd 19 Dec 1820, under executor (son) Hugh Hunter, of Middletown, Bucks Co PA, is mentioned (son) Daniel Hunter of town of Philadelphia, County of Jefferson, State of NY. A second 'indenture' dtd 1 Jan 1834 in Bucks Co, PA mentions Daniel Hunter and 'Sarah his wife' living in town of Philadelphia, country of Jefferson (NY) buying or selling for $700 lands to/from a resident of Orleans, Jefferson Co, NY named Joel Hodges? ( or Keelger?). This will proves Andrew Hunter of Bucks Co, PA had son Daniel Hunter, who m. Sarah ___ and was living in Town of Philadelphia, Jefferson Co, NY in 1820s.
