Example citation for source page? [1 January 2012]

I think it'd be great to include an example citation on the main page for use with this source, but as for creating it, I'm not certain if the following is the best use of fields:

Record Name: "Winne, James N., App No. 304845, Cert No. 256039" Volume/Pages: Roll 334 Date: 1883 May 24 (date of application)?

And I suppose this also depends on which fields are exported to what GEDCOM fields as well.
