The 1889 edition is the only one widely available, but it is a revised edition of an 1880 work published by Bolles & Stevens, Dallas, Texas. Microfilm of the 1889 edition may be ordered through the nearest Family History Center. It is available online at the Family History Archives, the Internet Archive, and Google Books.
