Catalog Description

Richard Gale was living at Watertown, Massachusetts, by 1640. He and his wife, Mary, had five children. He died at Watertown in 1678. Descendants listed lived in Massachusetts, Vermont, New York, Wisconsin, and elsewhere. (Richard Gale on WeRelate)

Henry Tottingham (d. 1728) was living at Woburn, Massachusetts, by 1646. He his wife, Mary, had at least two sons, 1646-1652. The eldest probably died unmarried. Their son, Eliah Tottenham (1652-1717), married twice and was the father of thirteen children, 1685-after 1728. Descendants listed lived in Massachusetts, Vermont, and elsewhere.

Rev. Everardus Bogardus was the first minister of the Reformed Dutch Church at New Amsterdan, ca. 1633. He married Annette Jansen, widow of Roelof Jansen in 1642. They had four children. He was killed in 1647 in a shipwreck off the coast of Wales. Most descendants listed lived in New York or Wisconsin.

Edmund Gale of Cambridge, Massachusetts died at Boston in 1642. He was probably the father of seven children. Descendants listed lived in Massachusetts, New York, and elsewhere.
